Seward, Souvenir Brochure, History of Yo Semite Lodge No 97 IOOF Big Oak Flat, After the fire of October 1863 many Lodges throughout the State contributed generously to a fund to replace the Hall and other eqipment necessary to the contined existence of the [IOOF] Lodge. The "Minute Book" starts with the date of November 29, 1863 as the first regular meeting after the fire which was held in Brother Voights' home with Bros. Martin, Gardner, Gilbert, Bearn, Atter, Lancey, Gentle and Tombelin present.
