WARREN BURCH A funeral will be held tomorrow for Warren Francis Burch, a former Tuolumne County resident who died at his Oakdale residence following a long illness. He was 90.
The service will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. Friday at the Big Oak Flat Cemetery.
Mr. Burch was born in Hayward and served in World War I with the Army. He was a cattle rancher most of his life and owned a ranch in the Smith Station area above Groveland. Hemoved to Oakdale in 1961 and also ranched there. He was a membor of the National Cattlemen's Association and the California Cattlemen's Association. He was one of the first 10,000 cattlemen to register is brand, in his case the Rolling W Bar.
Mr. Burch is survived by a daughter, Mary Parsons of Nevada, 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren..
